I am a 2nd generation California painter/photographer and I have exhibited for many years. I create the art work on these pages by combining digital photographs of my original art works (usually paintings and/or collage) with my photography work in multiple layers to arrive at new compositions through the magic of computers and digital imaging software .

January 10-March 7: Small Showcase, Delta Workshop, Sacramento. Small Showcase is a group show of work from both emerging and established artists in the Sacramento region. Thirty-four artists are represented in a variety of media, including drawing, painting, ceramics, collage, sculpture, and photography. All pieces in the show have dimensions of twelve inches or less.
While the artists in this exhibition have very different styles and themes in their work, similarities can be observed as well. Nature and landscape are themes in many pieces, and many of the artworks have materials and process as driving forces. The goal of this exhibition is to offer a concise snapshot of artwork in the region at this moment.
